If a liquid is still bubbling is it still fermenting?!
experimenting with cucumber wine and turbo yeast(20% abv) and the flor was gone in 6 days but the air lock has been bubbling for 2 weeks!. the turbo yeast says it reaches 20% in 6 days with table sugar, but I'm using the natural sugars in cucumber juice, and I really need the vessel to start something else, haven't used hydrometer beacuse I couldn't see it through the dried up green flor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I made a cucumber wine two years ago, using chopped cucumbers and honey!. I won a medal in a competition!.
The batch could still be fermenting, depending on the temperature where it is!. I would rack the batch into another container, to get it off the sediment!.
And, in the future, don't use turbo yeast unless your distilling!. Use D-47!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
