Proof of shots compared to beer or wine?!
For an english project I'm doing underage drinking!. I found the proof of the alcohol I just don't understand how much the proof of one shot is!.
Im trying to say one shot of **** is equal to this many beers and this many glasses of wine!.
So far on the proof I have
Grey goose= 80 proof
jack daniels= 80 proof
jager bombs= 70 proof
Can any one help me and tell me how much a shot of the above hard liquors is to how many beers and how many glasses of wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

people refer 1oz of liquor as 1 shot, thus having the same amount of alcohol as a 12oz beer, but 1oz of 40% liquor is actually equal to about 8oz of beer!. hope that helps : /Www@FoodAQ@Com
Jager bombs are not 70 proof (35% alcohol by volume)!. Jagermeister by itself is 70 proof, but after Red Bull is added, the proof of a jager bonb is much lower!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
