Philadelphia maybe a year or two ago!.!.!.!.!.outside and smoking patios do not count!.!.!.!.I miss smoking in bars!.!.!.but on the other side of it i do smoke less when I go out especially in the winter time!. My clothes don't reak of smoke when i get home and when I do go out smoke the bar for a smoke its a good opportunity to meet new people that as sad as is it to say share a common interest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
