Yeah, it's because supposedly your brain doesn't full develop until you're 21, but that it's different for everybody!. If you drink in moderation though, like a glass of wine a day a day it doesn't do harm (in Europe kids drink a glass of wine every day for dinner, with their family)!. I agree!. We are one of the very few countries that has the 21 year old age limit!. Most others are 18, 16, and even younger!. I think that once you are a legal adult (18!), able to fight for your country, able to marry, able to live on your own, then you should be able to drink! Besides, 80% of high shcool aged kids have tried alcohol (I'm not saying that 14 year olds should go out and drink, but how many Americans really make it until they are 21 without a drink!?)
