Answers:
You can quickly tell who's new to drinking when they say "Smirnoff tastes the best!."

If you want to drink, yet you're worried about carbs (which is strange)!. Go with hard liquors!. Rum, vodka, whisky!. Can't go wrong with that triumvirate!.

Rum, I suggest Appleton's rum!.
Vodka, I suggest Luksosowa!. It's what vodka should be!.
Whisky, I suggest either Crown Royal or Wiser's (de Lux or Special, doesn't matter)

For a shooter, 1 ounce of Crown Royal and 1 ounce of Bailey's!. Best shooter I've ever had!. It's like having warm chocolate (or caramel) poured down your throat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beer and wine are the healthiest alcohols!. Beer (as long as it's not Bud, Coors or something in that variety) has a lot of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, as does wine!. Anything healthy in spirits comes out of it during distillation!. You don't want to be healthy, you want to be thin!. In that case, you're out of luck because alcohol has almost double the calories per gram that pure sugar does!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think gin an tonic is better, obviously low fat tonic water, vodka and diet coke, vodka and orange is nice, as is vodka and pineapple!. I think you basically need to watch the amount you drink rather than the content but beer is one of the highest in calorific content I believe also alcopops are completely off the menu!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One glass of sangria only contains about 150 calories, but almost every single calorie is doing good things for you!. The most obvious are the vitamins and minerals contained in the orange juice and fruits, then there are the benefits from a good red wine, and finally, the fact that together, all the ingredients fill you with a rather complete range of nutrients which your body needs!.

If you drink sangria, you are filling your body with an excellent range of vitamins and minerals!. Including Vitamins A, C and B6, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, Manganese, Copper, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Some dietary fiber and protein!.

You also get a nice range of amino acids, and some of the nutrients are anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidants!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vodka and OJ!. Just get a healthy, low sugar juice :)
careful ya don't get too smashed tho especially if you are drinking it for the first time and aren't used to it!.
If ya like beer, i drink crown lager, it's expensive but has the lowest carbs out of all beers!.
Gets me pretty smashed too :)

bottoms up, enjoy and safe partying :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

clear liquors mixed with either water, soda water, or diet soda!. I prefer flavored vodkas mixed with soda water or on the rocks with a few limes!.

Mich ultra, amber, and bud select are low in carbs so you could try those too!.

Stay away from wine!.!.!. way too much sugar!.

flavored Smirnoff vodkas are the best tasting!. You can make out the flavor unlike other vodkas where your not sure what it it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A little in moderation is better for your health as for liquor checkout the ingredients on the bottles of these juice mixers an see how much sugar you may be drinking with any of these mixers they put into your drink or you could feel free to ask the bartender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The classic diet drink has always been either white wine or vodka with sugar free tonic water or club soda!.
However, more than one drink (e!.g!. 12 oz beer, 5 oz wine, one oz distilled alcohol) per day has been shown to be unhealthy for the average woman!. You are confusing health with calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
