Answers:
No, and honestly the best way to lose it is to cut out soda and beer, drink only water and good juices!. In a month that beer gut with be gone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's completely possible, but you'll have to cut back on the beer!. The best suggestion is to cut way back on the beer and drink very little sodas!. If you really HAVE to have a drink, drink a light liquor like vodka!. Exercising helps a lot too, but it won't get rid of the beer belly unless you cut back on the beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

At 2 beers per day your weight gain is coming from another source like OVER EATING! 1 beer equals about 140 calories!. As a normal 28 year old male you need about 2600 cal per day that means about 11% of your daily calories are coming from the beer!. You will burn those 2 beers off with about 30 minutes of light running!. So eat less or exercise more it’s that simple!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

beer bellies has NOTHING to do with drinking beer!.

beer bellies are what some people get gaining weight, which means they are consuming more calories than they are burning on a regular basis!. either cut down your consumption of food/drink or exercise more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

here we go with the thumbs down!.!.!. but anyway!. yes it is possible but totally unhealthy and unrecommended either you can drink nothing but beer and not eat or simply quit drinking or stop drinking beer and switch to wine or when you plan on drinking the beer eat no carbs all day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you do anything else, like exercise regularly, watch your calorie intake etc!.Two beers a day won't give you that gut or maintain it either- unless those two beers are 80 ounce's each!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everything is possible if you set your mind to it and get rid of your so called habit of having 2 beers per day! Get started today! Good Luck!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

stop or dont drink as much alcohol, work out a bit and it start to go!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
