Chateau Bauduc do fantastic wines, and they're not too expensive either!. Their red is a Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot blend, and the white is a Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc!. I'm not normally a white wine drinker, but I could happily drink that one!. Both wines are listed on Rick Stein and Gordon Ramsay's wine lists, and that speaks volumes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
