Question: I bought a mid-priced bottle of red wine in France in 2007!. How long before it goes bad!?
Answers:
The best way to store your bottle of wine for long term is in a cool, dry place where there is little light!. Hence, people have "wine cellars" and small refrigerated units called "wine coolers"!. If the wine is stored with the bottle tipped downward the liquid will rest against the cork, and it will prevent the cork from drying out!. Wine that has been properly stored will last many years and generally improve with age!. When you open the bottle, sniff the cork!. That's generally done when good wine is presented in a restaurant!. If it smells of vinegar, it has deteriorated and you should not drink that liquid!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can keep wine as long as you like if it isnt open you could even keep it 10 years and it wouldnt go bad!. some people gets wine and dont open it for centerys then drink it it is suppose to rippen more or something who knows!.hoped i helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep it laying on it's side so the cork doesn't dry out and it will last forever!. If you leave it standing, the cork will eventually dry out and the wine will turn to vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 month!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

keep it on its side so that air cant get in and keep it out of light!. It will never go bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Corked!? Not for a looooooooooooong time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
