Answers:
i would suggest that they eat a good meal beforhand!.!.!.dont drink too quickly!.!.!.and maybe stick to the drinks which are a bit lower in alcohol content ex!. coolers, beer, mixed drinks that are a bit more on the weak side!.!.
eating beforhand and not drinking to fast will lessen the chances of them getting sick!.!.!.and if they have ever drank much before, i think itd be better to stick to some dirnks that have a lower alcohol content in them!. just to get a feel for the flavour and its effects!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Something sweet!. Parrot Bay fruit punch is delicious, maybe watered down a bit over ice, or if they like creamy things Kahlua or Bailey's with milk over ice is good since it tastes less like alcohol than a chocolatey-coffee-y drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try a midori sour or mai tai!. The Midori sour isn't that strong for a mixed drink and girls really like them!. They are really sweet, the Mai tai is stronger but it has more fruit juice in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well drinking is okay!.!.!.!.
but always make shore some1 is there with that doesnt drink or some one whos not goin to drink just in case you get into trouble and yea 21 thats a big day you should be out there drinking with friends and having lots of funWww@FoodAQ@Com

drinking is no problem, just drink unconcentrated alcohols in moderation and make sure someone's there to help him / her if he / she does get drunk and becomes a bit intoxicated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

light beers are probably the way to go if theyre a light weight(or anything that has a low alc!. content)!. on the other end, id recommend long island iced tea, not low in alc at all, but they are greatWww@FoodAQ@Com

fruit based alcohol!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
