No it is not a good idea and I will tell you why!. Alcohol dehydrates you!. When you exercise you are sweating and need to be drinking things that do the exact opposite like water or gatorade!. Its that simple!. So save the coors for when you are done exercising and you are good and hydrated!. =) have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, people used to show up to PT drunk when I was in the Marines!. It made them crappy at things like running and!.!.!. well!.!.!. pretty much anything else we did!. Granted though, you'll give people some good stories to tell!.
