From my experience if u are eating dry foods drink water!. If you are having soup or something juicy than drink a soda or juice!. When u drink water with dry foods it quenches your thirst more!. When u have soup and stuff soda is way better because it gives u not to much but enough u got me!.!.

Nothing!. Water with a meal dilutes the acid your body needs to digest the meal - so it's harder for the meal to be digested!. I prefer to drink between meals instead!.
