YES it is!. Why!? Because weed can land you in jail!. As far as health reasons, I still consider the cigar better for you because you dont get addicted to cigars like you do weed!. As far as chemical wise, they are equally bad!.
My thing with potheads; Ask any pothead if they smoke everyday!. They will say yes!. Ask them if they can stop, and they will say yes!. Take away their weed and watch how they get a bad attitude and how they become desperate to get high again!.
