Answers:
Drink more tequila! LOL no just kidding!.!.!. I've been there, trust me!. Jose Cuervo and I don't get along too well sometimes!.

Lots of sleep!. When I'm hungover I can pass out in 5 minutes!. Drink more water or hot tea!. Have some crackers or soup, basically something light on your stomach!. I would avoid dairy!.

Feel better, I'm hungover right now too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drink some water, a hangover is the result of dehydration!. Alcohol is a diaretic so you lose a lot of water!. Next time drink water while your drinking and have some before you go to bed!. If you wake up during the night drink some more water!. Try eating something lite to this might help!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

here's my favorite hangover cure:
make a cup of hot tea!. use something simple like lipton or earl gray!. no fruity or weird herbal teas!. simple black tea!. then make some toast with butter only!. no jelly or peanut butter!. then take 2 migraine headache pills!. they can be purchased at most drug stores!. they are a hybrid of aspirin, acetamenophin, and caffeine!. this works for me every time!. it takes the headache away and gets rid of that icky ethanol taste in your mouth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know this is probably not the solution you want, but if you drink a beer the next day it gets rid of the nausea!. It is only a temporary solution, so eat something greasy and drink plenty of fluids!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I find a B-complex vitamin, lots of fluid and as much sleep as possible to be beneficial!. I like drinking juice mostly, as your blood sugar drops from alcohol (so food is also a good idea)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
