Question: Where do pubs get their wide selection of beer from!?
How do they go about getting all those suppliers from all around the world!? Is there any reference guides online or books I can buy about how to open a pub/ how it all works!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I work for a firm which has pubs across Britain!. They have sponsorship deals with the likes of Carlsberg, Carling and Budweiser!. These businesses will provide you with 'Carlsberg' products or 'Carling' Products etc!. We currently get most of our stock from Coors Brewers Ltd!. who supply us with the following:

Carling Draught, Coors Light Draght, C2 Draught, Gaymers Cider Draught, Guiness Draught, Sol bottles, Carling Bottles, Coors Light bottles, WKD Blue/Irn Bru etc, Smirnoff Ice/Black Ice, so on and so on!. They alos supply brand name spirits - Smirnoff Vodka, Bacardi Rum, Morgans Spice etc etc!.

Most large companies use intermedieries such as Matthew Clark, DHL to deliver the stock, however it is purchased from the main brewers themselves!.

Scottish Licensed Trade magazine also provides details on distributers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's in the U!.S!. the answer is local wholesalers!. They carry a multitude of draught or bottled beer!. Check the yellow pages for the one's near you!. You used the term pub which leads me to believe your abroad!. If that's the case the answer should be the same, but that's an assumption!. Good luck, or Cheerio!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
