Ok, so I have a drivers license and I am 18!. Where I'm from you need to be 19 do drink or get into bars!. Is there anywhere or any place to get the date scratched or altered!?

FYI - you can get 10 years in federal prison for having a fake ID!.
but to answer you question you probably could change the 5 to a weird looking 3 if you found someone who makes fake IDs, usually they are in the "bad" part of town, or you could find someone who dose alot of check fraud because they go through alot of fake IDs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
