3 medium leaves, bruised to release the flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ususally use about a fistfull in a jug and then muddle them with the ice!. For a single serving about a thrid of a fistfull and muddle it with the ice in the glass!.
Alternatively you can mash it slighly with the sugar in the jug/glass

Megafunk, this question was not about you!. Respect the asker!
The above is correct - you have to use a minimum of three leaves, but it's largely mixed "to taste"!. Make sure that you mash (or bruise) the mint leaves or the flavor will not be released!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 large leaves, or 5 small ones, the key is to bruise them, to let the flavour out,Www@FoodAQ@Com
