Am I a alchoholic? I drink atleast 2-3 beers a day.?!
I fill that im fine dont fill any worse or getting grumpy ect and does not effect my work or attitude!. I'm 17!. I can live without drink but Im bored if i dont get a pint!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My uncle is a counsellor for alcoholics!. He said , you can drink everyday for a month of Sundays and still not be an alcoholic, but if you wake and up, and can't wait for your drink, or panic at the idea, of not having a drink, then even if you only have 1 or 2, then you have a problem!.

It depends!. Do you like going to the pub/bar for the social aspects or do you just like the feeling of being tipsy/drunk!? Would you drink alone!? If you would drink alone, that's a pretty bad sign!.
also, if you have to ask this question, that's a major red flag!. The good news is that you seem aware that your drinking has the potential to become a problem so you are probably better able to keep it in check!. 17 is 4 years underage here! I drink a few nights a week!. I only do it at night and when everything for the day is taken care of!. I don't NEED it in the morning or anything, so I don't have a dependably!. It's hard to tell though!. Some may consider me an alcoholic, some may not!. 2-3 every day seems a bit close though!. I dunno!. As long as it isn't causing problems I guess it isn't the worst you could be doing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 - 3 drinks a day is not heavy but can be addictive over a long period!. Again you are 17 so if you keep this up in 10 years you will be asking if you are an alcoholic since you only drink 12 - 20 beers a day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

alcoholism is more then just 2 to 3 beers a day!. there is an emotional part to it aswell!. and they also say that alcohol abuse can be considered drinking every single weekend!. so im not sure!. there are a lot of different aspects!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
