What are good beers or other alcoholic beverages?!
I am underage and do not drink like some people my age do!. I don't see alcohol as fun I see it as a beverage!. I care about the taste not getting drunk or seeing people drunk!. This is just to get a good idea for when I become 21!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It really boils down to taste!. Some people like dark beers some like the lighter beers!. Some people like white wines and some reds!.!.!. all about taste!.
my choice usually has to do with what i will be eating that day for example i love to eat chocolates with a red wine and spicy chicken wings with an ice cold beer!. Or even a slice of dark chocolate cake with a dark beer is nice!.
If you are not going to be the type of person who drinks to get drunk but want to truly appreciate the way a beverage - alcoholic or not - compliments what your are eating, then the best way is to try things out!. ie, have a bowl of cereal with milk and drink sips of orange juice while you eat - I think it's awful! or have a steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and try a little red wine with it or try a lager or dark beer!. If you don't like the flavors it brings out in the food then try a lighter beer or a different wine!.

German Ales are tasty!. Guinness extra stout is excellent!. For domestic products products, I recommend George Killian's Irish red, or Sam Adams Boston Lager, or the ales pretty good!. I'm not a big wine person, and you may want to stay away from anything 80 proof and above(gin, vodka, everclear, rum, whiskey, etc!.), its petty harsh in comparison to beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Carlsberg is nice, Pacifico, Guinness (from Draught not can or bottle) is decent, Alexander Keith!.!.!. theres so many that its best for you to just try them out :) Some beer stores (one in Edmonton, Sherbrooke Liquor Store) sell a 6 pack of assorted varieties for you to taste!. also check out microbreweries in your area they are superior to most commerical brews!.
bad beers that taste like ****!.!.!. Lucky, Old Milwaukee, Budweiser, Bud Lite, Olympia!.!.!. basically if its cheap it is best to assume no!. Budweiser and Bud Lite are especially bad!.
Whiskies: Jameson is a nice starter whiskey, its Irish!.!.!. about 30 bucks for a 26 (750mL), Crown Royal is not bad
Vodka: its flavourless!.!.!. Go for a decent priced one (25 to 30 dollars) as it is more pure than a cheap shitty one like Russian Prince
Rum : Captain Morgan's Spiced is very nice with some ginger ale or coke, thing to remember with Rum, the darker it is the more flavour it has!.!.!. same goes for most whiskies
