If your serving appetizers only I would think that well chilled smoked salmon on toast points spread with cream cheese and capers would be good!. And don't forget the freshly squeezed lemon!

good-you could also mix chili powder and salt to dip in!. puncture or slice chili peppers and put into good vodka for a few days ahead of cocktail time!. this would be wonderful served with cheese straws!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
