What alcohol do you use most in your cooking and for which dishes!.
I use Dry Vermouth a lot, as opposed to wine!. But it has a very distinctive flavor!. Usually with seafood dishes!.

vino seco (dry white wine) or beer in things like arroz con pollo, spanish chicken n rice!. dry white wine can be used in any meat dish to enhance the flavor!. one of my many marinades for chicken or pork is dry white wine bay leaves and saltWww@FoodAQ@Com
