I usually advise that the best way to learn to drink is to treat is as a food, rather than a drug!. This usually means having wine with a meal, or something like that!.
However, Creme de Cacao might work well!. It is basically a chocolate liqueur, sort of like chocolate syrup, but with a bite to it!. Have it on ice, or in milk - yummy! Just don't drink to many - they go down very easily, but come up just as easily, especially for a first time drinker!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 ? parts ABSOLUT? VODKA
1 ? parts Chocolate Liqueur
Splash of Frangelico (hazelnut Liquor)
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass!.
Garnish with a powdered chocolate rim (optional)!.
