There are NO beers where it is essential to put fruit on!. That is of course unless you are a victim of either media-hype or delusional peer-pressure!. Most people have no clue as to why limes were first used on Mexican beers (the first beer friut)!. If they knew the real truth, perhaps this fruit-mania would abate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Berliner Weisse is rather sour and usually served with a shot of fruit syrup (raspberry) to sweeten it up!. Some people like a slice of lemon in wheat beer, but it's hardly essential!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
