celebrated my 21st last night!. and had entirely too much to drink!. now im at work with a really bad hangover about to go on my lunch break and i want to get some food that will cure my hangover so i can deal with the rest of my shiftWww@FoodAQ@Com

Eat something greasy and fatty, like a fat nasty cheeseburger!. Fries are good too!. also Redbull works very well!. If you have just one drink with redbull as a mixer your hangover the next day will be greatly reduced!. You could try other energy drinks too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chinese food!. Nice and greasy, and at the same time won't really make you feel all that bloated!. The sodium in the sauce will also act as an electrolyte and help rehydrate you! If you like spicy food, get that! It'll get your heart rate up a bit and help metabolize the hangover enzymes!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

have a large bottle or 2 of pedialight!. hangovers are a state of dehydration & the cure is to rehydrate!. i'm trying to whisper!. to avoid this in future, put a serving of water after every 2 alcohol drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
