Excluding the crap that gets exported and all the dodgy Le Piat D'Ors (de gustibus non disputandum est) that most French people I know wouldn't use to clean the toilet, which wines do the French themselves prefer!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The French are stereotyped as being very snobbish and when it comes to their wines, it definitely hits home!. Many French families live and die drinking the wine of their region and never even daring to think about trying anything outside that region!. Even in Bordeaux there are families who will strictly drink from their appellation alone and not try and other Bordeaux and, heaven forbid, anything from Burgundy or the Rhone!.
