What is the purpose of aerating wort?!
Answers:
yeast need oxygen to multiply but never aerate during any other process because the yeast do not need oxygen to make alcohol!. adding oxygen in later stages will only make your beer taste like cardboard or stale
when racking beer be very careful not to aerateWww@FoodAQ@Com
