What is the purpose of aerating wort?!


Question: What is the purpose of aerating wort!?
Answers:
yeast need oxygen to multiply but never aerate during any other process because the yeast do not need oxygen to make alcohol!. adding oxygen in later stages will only make your beer taste like cardboard or stale

When the wort is finished boiling it contains almost no oxygen!. The more oxygen available to the yeast the more thorough the fermentation, I use pure oxygen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
