Does malibu rum ever expire? ive had this bottle since december...?!

Malibu IS NOT A RUM, it is a flavored liqueur that was made with rum!. Rum has to be a certain percentage (37% generally but varies on which country it originates from) Malibu is 21%!. It does not need to be refrigerated and can be kept open for months and years!. the only liqueur/spirits that need refrigerating are ones that contain cream or egg like baileys or advocaat!.
The cap does not even need to be screwed on tightly as it will not react with the air!. The worst thing that will happen is the alcohol will evaporate slightly taking the ABV down by about 0!.1-0!.5%Www@FoodAQ@Com
