Do I Drink To Much? How much alcohol is too much?!
I am a 20 year old female (living in Canada where the legal drinking age is 19). I drink to the point of being moderately drunk - hammered 3 - 4 times a month (usually one night a weekend). Is that to much?

If you're questioning it then it probably is for you. If you don't like how much you're drinking cut back a little. I wouldn't say you're an alcoholic, but cut back if you want.
All binge drinking is too much drinking.. Though everyone does it once in a while. Cut back how much you drink, but don't stop drinking all together is what I'd say.. It's different for everyone, though.
Thats not too bad, you're far from an alcoholic.
