I think that a any person in NY would be well aware of these laws and would prepare accordingly. Also they would know were to get what they want. Try New Jersey. Most place can sell alcohol on Sunday.

i think New Jersey opens on a sunday but in NY the city that never sleeps WAKE UP NY!!!!!!!
