Question: I have a bottle of champagne thats about 15 years old more or less and i wanted to know if its drinkable?
its from france, sparkling white wine, Chantaine French Brut, Cordon Royal. so can i drink it and get some type of tipsyness? i dont want alcohol poisining and die.

Answers:

Well the only way you are going to know is to open it. Chill overnight and pop the cork, if it tastes like Vinegar it is Bad, otherwise you have a lovely bottle to drink. If you chill now, it may be cold enough for the Superbowl Victory Party, if you are having one.

as long as the bottle has not been open, definatley*
you've heard of wines, etc...from the 1800's...theyr'e still able to drink them......it would cost a fortune for a bottle of that year ..........
but for sure, the 15yr old champagne will be quite ...........an adventure* ENJOY*~:) Cheers*
