How do i sell an alcohol drink?!
I have a recipe and can make a alcoholic drink. first is this legal to make and sell if so what do i have to do to start selling it and what are the laws and all that info that i need to know?

you need to have a liqueur license to sell alcohol.
Your best bet is to either A) sell the recipe to a bar or B) get your bartending license (much cheaper and easier than a liquor license because with a liquor license you need a registered business and store to sell out of) and get a job somewhere as a bartender, then suggest it as a special.
You need to have customers.
liqueur license and a good supply of it
You need three things.
A lawn chair
A cooler
And high school children
