Question: If you freeze a beer....?
and wait for it to "thaw", what's the part of the beverage that starts to unfreeze first?
and what happens if you drink that unfrozen part?

What you are doing is called alcohol consolidation.
When you put a beer in the freezer, the water will freeze.
Thus, the alcohol by volume will increase.
That is the process by which Eisbock is made.



Pretty sure it loses it carbonation so not many people wanna waste one on purpose to find out...lol I would guess the alcohol would come out first but not to sure. On a pop it would be the syrup to unfreeze first. Not sure how the 2 compare. Give it a shot and freeze a couple beers and drink the stuff see if ya get a buzz.
