Call the liquor store or grocery store you go too usually, and see if they can special order it for you, or tell you who does sell it in your area.
It's not discontinued so it should be around somewhere. With so many choices of these kinds of beverages, stores can't stock all of the flavors. I went to the Smirnoff website, but they don't have a link to find store locations.
Try a Bev Mo near you. They close at 9:00 I think, maybe earlier on a Sunday.
