i am looking for a cheap way to produce decent tasting alcohol that has about 10 percent alcohol any ideas?!

Take something with alot of alcohol, (Vadka, everclear) and add Gatorade, or juice.
Alcohol is easy to make. Alcohol requires only 2 ingredients, sugar and yeast. The simplest way to produce your alcohol is to use fruit juices and yeast. Simply put the juice in a container, make sure there is some room in the container as the yeast may cause the juice to foam up a bit. Add the yeast to the juice and cover the top of the container with a towel or other porous material to allow the CO2 to escape. Let this mixture ferment at room temperature for 7-10 days. Using regular bakers yeast from the grocery store you should be able to attain an alcohol content of 10%-12%

The cheapest decent alcohol is probably potato wine. You use the water that you have boiled potatoes in, plus sugar. Do NOT use bakers' yeast if you want a decent yield of alcohol. All that will give you is a lot of carbon dioxide. Use a wine yeast, like Montrachet. I suppose champagne yeast would work too.
