I assume you misspelled and it was "lager"- beer you meant, then no. Not from one glass of an average beer (there are extra strengths, like 13,7%), if you mean a healthy adult and word "drunk" as in loosing control of you motor skills and behaving like a jack ***. No.
Well people are different , depends if u can handle it or not, some people are light headed and get drunk with only one glass while others may not
