That's not right. You might want to see a doctor
depends on many factors,
how much you consumed, your height and weight, your metabolism and your tolerance
if it is unplesant and you can no longer handle it consult a health care person, its actually a really powerful chemical even though its found in cough medicines.
I would drink some water, eat some food and try to chill. (Even though you are probably not hungry at all.
