Most of the given answers are incorrect, as most of the spirits mentioned have the same ABV (alcohol by volume). The only thing that will truly make you intoxicated more quickly is something carbonated, as it absorbs into the blood stream more quickly. So instead of a shot of vodka, put it in a slightly larger glass and splash some seltzer on top, then chug.

Chugging any hard liquor will get you drunk real quick. I wouldn't recommend that though, you won't feel drunk right away so you'll just keep drinking until you get sick.
