What is a nice, smooth, alcoholic wine that will go down nicely?!

Question: What is a nice, smooth, alcoholic wine that will go down nicely?
I'm twenty-four and I still haven't found a drink that I can enjoy. In fact, after one or two sips I am forced to put it down. Can anyone tell me the names of some alcoholic drinks/wines that is easy to stomach? What I mean is: I don't want it to taste like hard liquor or burn my throat as I swallow. (yes I know I'm a softy) I also would like for the drink to taste good as well.

Thank you.

Ron H. started to give you good advice until he said that dry Riesling and Gewurz are "stupid" and "probably a mistake". He is completely incorrect. Many, many of these wines are intentionally made dry, just as many are made with residual sugar.

OP, an easy to find, inexpensive Riesling is Chateau Ste. Michelle from Washington State. It's also lower in alcohol than many wines. You should find it pretty easy to drink. If you can't find it, Dr. Loosen, from Germany, makes an entry-level line called Dr. L. Simple, slightly sweet, but balanced, which is rare with cheap wines.

I'm a sommelier.

Go to the store and look for a bottle with a very tall thin neck. Traditionally these are German sweet wines. Try a Riesling or Gewürztraminer. Do not get an old bottle since they don't age well. Also skip dry versions of these because it is stupid, probably an error by the wine maker.

Or it looks like you may not want to start drinking at all. This is good from a health position and it reduces the risk of alcoholism.

The label has a footprint and it says BAREFOOT, there are 2 types get the one that is whit and says Moscato. i dont drink at all cause of the strong liquor taste but this goes down so smoothly. ( I like mine cold.)
