How much do Bartenders make?!
I see a lot that it depends on the bar, area, bartender etc. And Ive seen that it averages anywhere from
6.00-9.00 or minimum wage, and from 50.00-1000 a night.
and of course the training and speed and experience.
Does the Customer automatically pay par the drink and tip? or how does it all work?

Well first, server's minimum wage is usually lower than regular minimum wage. Not sure about Nevada, but in California, it is.
I bartended in college and made a lot of money working at a dive bar where drinks were cheap and it was mostly guys so the tips were pretty good but nothing forces them to tip you so sometimes you get stiffed. You have to just hope your customers are classy enough to not be cheap. But overall, if you can get in to a good place, you can do pretty well.
Not much. But like a waiter/waitress, it depends on what kind of place it is.
