Question:
How many years could I have possibly took off my lifespan already and how many more will I take off if I don't?
change my drinking habits? I drink a bottle of wine, cocktail or some other alcoholic drink each friday, saturday and sunday with nothing other days. However when I was younger it was much more in 2009 I drank a bottle of wine daily for the entire year and I'd get very wasted at the bar with my ex bf in 2007 and 2008 I like the level I drink at now cause I feel ok after drinking this much. I never even get one hangover ever even though I drink this much wine and other alcohol this weekend. So how much longer will I have left to live if I keep drinking at this level and do not turn it down? I refuse to obey that lame goverenment recommended safe limit for how much women should drink each week cause they are to strict I mean I already know the guideline is no more then one drink per day for a woman and 2 per day for a man and I already know how big a drink is (12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine or a tiny shot glass of 40 proof alcohol) but I drink wine usually and 5 ounces is like a sip and come on that's pathetic I aint agreeing to have a tiny wine glass with basically 2 sips of wine in it so the governement recommended guidelines are way too strict and pathetic and can kiss my a** cause I ain't obeying that sh*t. So what I do is just drink nothing during the week then have 3 bottles of wine or cocktail or whatever I am in the mood for to drink each weekend. How much damage am I possibly causing to my organs such as my liver and whatever else who knows what else with this intake? And can this much wine or other alcohol kill me?

YET AGAIN - ONLY YOUR DOCTOR CAN TELL YOU WHAT YOUR ALCOHOL ABUSE HAS DONE TO YOUR BODY
1 cup of alcololic beverage = minus 1 day of your life span, 1 stick of cigarette also minus one day of your life span
Move to Wisconsin. It won't do anything to help the potential effects to your health, but at least you'll be in good company.
Ask a doctor, and get your liver checked.
Again, too many variables. You are causing damage to your body and over the years it will take a toll, but there is no way to predict how much or how soon you will have problems. Suffice it to say that you would do better if you made some other lifestyle changes like regular exercise and eating to improve your lipids and blood sugar.
I would also suggest you examine your vehemence about your drinking habits. Your defensiveness suggests you aren't really all that comfortable with the amount you drink or your underlying reasons for doing so.
