Basic popular Mixed Drinks combinations & Whiskey how to serve & what are they? Please Help.?!

Question: Basic popular Mixed Drinks combinations & Whiskey how to serve & what are they? Please Help.?
Here is what I keep in my Mix Drinks and Whiskey Cabinet availability, when Entertaining dates and guest(s). Please let me know I have the right combinations regarding "BASIC" Mixed Drinks and of Whiskey availability. I am set on my Wines, but need help on these two other categories. Thank You So Much. Here it is, Full-Siized bottles too, let me know:

2 Tequilas (Jose Cuervo) - For basic Shots and Strawberry Margarita's
1 Vodka / O.J. and Cranberry - Any other popular combination with Vodka?
1 Rum / Coke - Any other popular combination with Rum?
1 Gin / Grapefruit - Any other popular combination with Gin?
1 Seagrams / Seven Up soda - I have this down.

Now this part:

Scotch - On the Rocks, served at half glass. Is this correct?
Brandy - On the Rocks, served at half glass. Is this correct?

Last, My Whiskey:

Southern Comfort - Should this be treated like Brandy and Scotch?
Captain Morgan - Should this be treated like Brandy and Schotch? I've seen labels listing this differently.

Thank you so much, NO I'm not an Alcoholic, just like to have this stuff available for fun times at the pad on weekends only.

How to Enjoy Brandy
The best way to enjoy them is to drink them at room - or slightly lower - temperature from a tulip-shaped glass. Don’t hold the bowl of the glass as you want to keep the brandy cool. If it’s warmed, the smell of the alcohol will overpower the aroma of the brandy. Furthermore, cool alcohol is more viscous and smoother in the mouth.

for your tequila and all other mixed drinks keep LIMES...I've never done a shot of tequila with a lemon...but keep lemons too.

keep tonic for the vodka and gin, or sprite. I'd get pineapple juice for the rum too, girls like to drink that.
Scotch-- ppl ordering should say how many 'fingers' they want...I wouln't serve half a glass....usually 2/3 fingers thick from the bottom of the glass. =)

and brandy should be served in a sniffter...

SoCo, I don't know anyone who drinks it straight but maybe ppl do and if so I'd serve it just like scotch..but keep lime juice to make a shooter with it.

and captain morgan I also don't know anyone that drinks it straight they drink it in coke....but again if someone wants it straight do it just like the whiskey.

And about me not knowing anyone that drinks some of this straight ... I'm 24 so probably diff age groups drink some diff drinks.

Oh and keep some sour mix too...if someone wants a whiskey sour...thats a popular whiskey drink
