To save oil, because oil is not a renewable resource and ethanol is. Ethanol is also cleaner burning than oil, less pollution..



It's a renewable resource, unlike gasoline, and it burns cleaner. Unfortunately it hurts your gas mileage and can possibly make your engine overheat.



we are trying not to use so much oil. plus its safer for the ozone
