Red wine management. Please help!?!
I refrigerated a few bottles of red wine as I had issues with the air conditioning in my house. They've been there for over a year. Can I now remove them from the fridge and keep them at room temperature? Will they be OK to drink?

So long as they will stay in that cool dry place I think they will be ok. However, unless they are good quality wines their quality will decrease so maybe you should drink them soon before they turn bad.
