If a female drinks one bottle of wine in a day (not every day just some days) is she drinking more alcohol then what her liver can deal with?

The human body being male or female can filter out approx 1 drink per hour out of the bloodstream. That is:
12 oz beer (5% alc/vol)
6 oz wine (10% alc/vol)
1 shot (1.5 oz) of hard liquor (40% alc/vol)

Not all of this is metabolized by the liver. You lose about 10% in your breath, and you lose other amounts other ways. Most of it though, your liver deals with.
