Cyanide.

Just about any pill mixed with alcohol can kill you if you ingest too much of one or the other.

And don't get mad at people when they try to show you that they care- this is a very serious question after all. The easiest inference for potential responders to make would be that the asker wants to end their own life and is trying to find out how to do it. People come to this site to help others, not to facilitate suicides.

If you stop to consider that total strangers are taking the time to caution you then I think it's obvious that people do care. And if you look around in your own life I know you'll find many more people who know you even better, and who care even more about your well-being.

So if you're not considering suicide and you want this info merely because you are curious then I'm sure you'll get what you're looking for. On the other hand, if you are considering suicide then you owe it to yourself to take a good look at all your other alternatives first. There are some things that can't be un-done.
