Why can't i find info about Old Boatman wine?!

I found this in every big supermarket in Bucharest, Romania. It was a real nice wine which i remember it was either from Spain or Portugal. I remember it saying rich sweet wine and something about liquorice on the label, but i may be wrong. Is it sold under a different name everywhere else? For example Dimple Whiskey is sold as Pinch in the United States so maybe the name is different. All i found online is a store that sells it in Romania with a small picture (attached lower) but i'm in the United States for now and i can't buy it from there
