how to hold down all my liquor?!
once before drank a 26er myself and i was wasted as ****.
i plan on downing this one tonight.. so what can i do to prevent myself from getting sick or throwing up?
do things like WHAT you eat have any role? or what about stress/mood?

eat a lot. Acidic foods are good, and I personally like to carb-up beforehand. Drink a crap-ton of water in between shots/drinks...that will help during the party and the morning after.
why do you want to down a 26er? You definately WILL have a hangover the next day*
Try to eat something before starting to drink..nothing spicey or greesy.........try to drink water inbetween every drink to keep you hydrated.....pace yourself when drinking and try to nibble on something 1/2way through the night*
Hopefully by doing this you wont be sick in the bathroom.........and hopefully you wont get the nasty headache that comes with the hangover tmow*
Also yes, if depressed, feeling down...the alcohol will just bring you down more* If your'e stressed about something, again..that will affect you when drinking*

Why can't you just 'party till you're prime' instead of 'party till you puke'? Who says you have to finish the whole thing? It kind of sounds juvenile and silly to me. Drink until you are having a good time and then switch to water. Any fool can drink himself into oblivion but it takes a mature intelligent person to know his limits and have the courage to be himself.
eat before you drink if that fails.. dont eat at all before you frink, you have to figure out your bodys immunities to alchol.
And what works for me is too just not think about the content in your stomach think of it as water, the only time i have ever thrown up was when i ran across a field being a drunken dumb *** off of markers mark and then i puked, so you might want to stay chilled as well, hope i helped and bottles up!
Eating is really important. Eat as much as you can. Like more than normal. And make sure its things that are hard to chew, like steak. Those break down slower from the enzymes in your stomach. Really acidic foods are good too, like orange juice or things containing tomato sauce, like spaghetti.
You plan on literally 'DOWNING' the bottle... or just drinking within a short time.
Either way, you'll probably be sick before the parties over unless your a 300lb bodybuilder.

If you have any Olive Oil handy, and some bread, just sop it in that. The oil will line your stomach. Any oil really. Avoid spicy foods, as that could play chaos with your stomach. Just keep your starters clean and simple.
eat alot a few hours before...lol the more u drink the more ur poor liver will expect it. eat alot of carbs and drink alot of fluids so ur no dehydrated alot
