Can you get high from cat urine?!
Really, i have no desire to, but south park made an episode where they get high from it I just want to know if it's possible or if it's just taking the piss (so to speak)

No. I think South Park is making fun of drug addicts. Also I don't think they could show the abuse of an illegal substance on American TV.
