E- hookah help? Xhale brand?!

I recently bought a E-hookah, and it's not working. It is fully charged, and the cartridge isn't out. I've tried multiple cartridges and re-charging it and it still doesn't work. I don't think it is either of these things, but more of a problem with the actual device. I smoked it before a couple months ago and it seems like now when I inhale I hear a sound that like air is leaking in or out of the e-hookah, making me inhale less vapor into my mouth. I have tried tightening the atomizer on and cartridge, but it isn't working.

I also know that I shouldn't be twisting the cartridges on cause that can damage it, but I'm not I'm doing just as it says to, to attach with a straight line motion.
Anyone know?
