To smoke? Good luck. You would have to grow your own or buy it from someone that does.

Purest way I could think if is dry snuff.

Snort it. Not very social I know. But it will come back. Everyone is trying to turn away from cigarettes and this is the SAFEST alternative.
Not a single recorded case of cancer.

You can use tobacco leaves. There are leaves that are usually sold in packs. Otherwise, use herbal cigarettes for they contain less nicotine.
