will one meal of VERY bad binging make me gain?! HELP?!
ok i barely ate anything yesterday, maybe 900-1000 calories. but today its morning and i at SO MUCH! things is MOST of it was SUPER healthy. i had: whole wheat flax power muffin, a LOT of granola, a lot of fat free yogurt, a lot of blueberries, on small banana, and too pieces of chaulla jewish egg bread :( will oh and a cereal bar! what will happen?!

Excessive amounts of anything will make you gain weight. Most of it was healthy though, so as long as you exercise it off you should be fine. (:
